Sierra Golf Resort is, above all, conveniently located, rendering itself as a fantastic location for a holiday to players from Scandinavia and the Nordics. Sierra sits just outside of Tri-City: Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot, making it close to Gdańsk airport and Gdynia ferry terminal. It’s easy to reach by those travelling by car, and for all our guests flying in or taking a ferry, we have a shuttle bus that will take them safely to the Resort without any hassle.

We have been passionate about golf for more than 20 years, and it shows in everything we do. Sierra Golf is an 18-hole, PAR 72 tournament-class golf course one of a kind and truly world-class. The course is highly varied both in terms of landscape and the degree of difficulty.

What is particularly pleasant about Sierra is the fact that it never feels crowded. There’s enough space for players to feel like they have plenty of space and time to enjoy the game. Our tee times are just right to allow every player the optimal pace of the game. In this day and age, this is particularly crucial, as it guarantees there is enough room for each player to socially distance themselves from one another.

Prior to playing a round, Sierra’s visitors can try their hand at the 300-meter driving range with 26 covered positions, as well as practice in the putting and chipping area. Sierra is a park-type course, nestled within a beautifully designed greenery featuring over 11,000 trees, ornamental shrubs, and flowers. Even though we have plenty of modern trolleys, many of Sierra’s visitors choose to walk the length of the course just to enjoy being close to nature. The immaculate landscaping is dotted with stylish gazebos, benches, and picturesque footbridges — ideal spots for taking pictures to show your nearest and dearest while sharing memories of Sierra. It’s a discovery you will no doubt want to tell everyone about!

At Sierra, our guests are in for a treat: over 110 hectares of sheer perfection, world-class facilities, luscious green 18-hole course, driving range, elegant accommodation, and great dining and leisure experiences. It’s an ideal place to come for a weekend of golf or a full-swing golfing holiday lasting a week or two. Aside from playing golf, Sierra’s guests can relax after the game at the resort or venture out to the vibrant cluster of three exciting cities, each with its own identity, to enjoy culture and shopping. Located near TriCity – Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot – Sierra Golf Resort is just a short flight away from all major airports in the Nordics. This makes it a great place to turn a game of golf into an exciting trip or a stop on your golfing tour, with sightseeing and local attractions to make it even more interesting.

Tri-City, Polish Baltic coast, or the region of Kashubia — all of these attractions are within reach of Sierra. Each of the cities nearby has its own unique personality, either historical, like Gdańsk, or leisure-oriented like Sopot or Gdynia, with their beautiful city beaches and a wealth of sightseeing options. We are happy to arrange convenient transfers to all these cities in our shuttle bus. The region is also fantastic for exploring on the bicycle, and at Sierra, we have bikes that our guests can rent to see the sights nearby.

A view to thrill

Imagine waking up to the view of fog rising from above the perfectly trimmed green. This is what you will see when waking up in many of Sierra’s villas. The Scandinavian-style bungalows within a guarded, gated community, can accommodate up to 80 guests in double rooms, each house has two rooms, both with separate, private entrances. The villas celebrate their natural setting in more ways than one; they offer privacy as well as incredible views of nature. The rooms oriented towards the course, feature windows that frame the immaculate greens and the woods around them. Each house also boasts an outdoor deck shielded from the neighbouring villas, where our guests can enjoy breakfasts delivered in hampers straight to the door. Every villa is surrounded by greenery; we have planted thousands of ornamental shrubs and flowers to make the entire community feel green and welcoming. Sierra also features paddle tennis court and a swimming pool. The latter is the soothingly blue focal point of the whole cluster of villas, somewhere to come to after the game or to enjoy the sun while reading a book on one of the deckchairs.

Home away from home

How about a delicious dinner or a drink in the company of your friends after the game? From a distance, the Club House looks like a fancy country residence, while it is, in fact, a welcoming, cosy space to relax over dinner or drinks. Furnished with stylish pieces, the Club House is a place to come to after a great day on the course, to play snooker, or warm up while sitting comfortably in front of the fireplace on classic chesterfield sofas with a glass of fine spirit or craft beer. Inside, you will find plenty of nooks and crannies with armchairs and sofas giving the whole Club House the sense of privacy and intimacy, where chilling out can turn into a cheeky little wink without anyone noticing. And if all the warmth of the fireplace wasn’t enough to warm you to the core, we have both steam and dry saunas in the Club House. The interior of the Club House has a darker colour palette reminiscing country clubs and stately homes, and the exterior is so impressive that we are certain you will want to send a picture of it to your friends and family back home. Our kitchen serves international cuisine and we are certain on the menu there’s something to suit every palate. The chefs are currently developing the menu for the new season to feature seasonal and local produce.
